All meetings of a public body (Town Boards, Commissions, Committees, etc.) are held in accordance with Vermont State Statutes and the Vermont Open Meeting Law, as presented in Open Meetings VT.  Additional information can be found on the Vermont League of Cities and Towns website. Most municipal records are required to be available to the public.

Agendas and minutes of the Selectboard are posted here on the website as well as paper copies at the Eden General Store, the Post Office and on the bulletin board at the Town Clerk’s Office.  Agendas and Minutes of other town officials such as the Board of Civil Authority or other committees or commissions are posted at the Town Clerk’s Office when received.  If you wish to receive the Selectboard minutes by email, please contact the Town Clerk at clerk@edenvt.org or call the Town Clerk’s Office at (802) 635-2528.
